Below is a short survey we’re asking each family to fill out in order to help us get to know your students better and how to best help them with their learning.
Some of you may remember doing this last year and we’re asking you to complete one again. The idea is for us to get a snapshot of your student at the beginning of each year.
We know there are many demands on your time so we really appreciate you filling this out. We really do value the input and insight you provide.
